3. Products and Services

• Product Use and Care: It is important to follow the care instructions provided with each product to prevent damaging the print on clothes or to avoid clothes fading. INTENT Clothing Co. is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or use.
• Product Availability: We strive to keep our inventory updated, but we cannot guarantee the availability of any product at the time of your order.
• Product Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
• Sizing and Fit: We provide detailed sizing charts to help you select the best fit. If you have questions about sizing, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Please note that fit can vary slightly based on fabric and design.
• Pre-Orders: ALL OUR PRODUCTS are for pre-order. Estimated delivery times for pre-orders are provided, but these dates are subject to change. We will keep you updated on the status of your pre-order.

4. Pricing

• THE PRICE listed is 50% of the total price.
• All prices are listed in PHP (Philippine Peso) and are subject to change without notice.

5. Payment

• Payment must be received by us before your order is processed. We accept PayPal, Credit card, Debit card, (e-wallet or bank transfer is available through direct communication)
• PRICES listed is half  the total of original price. Pay only 50% of total amount and pay the remaining 50% when you receive your item.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping: We offer various shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
• Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and may vary. INTENT Clothing Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

7. Returns and Exchanges

• We want you to love your purchase. Our return and exchange is not suitable at the moment. So make sure to double check everything (size and designs) before ordering.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at email or as soon as possible. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled, and the purchase is considered final. Refunds will be issued for canceled orders within 24 hours of the request, minus any applicable transaction fees.
• Cancelling order upon delivery will be voided, if you decide to cancel your order and the item has already been sent out for delivery. Your order will be voided and the 50% payment will not be refunded.
